Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY -I understand that I can cancel an appointment without charge at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment or if you do not call, text, or email prior to the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled session. Scheduling and canceling a session and service can be done through email: YuuBEnergyWellness@gmail.com, as well as by phone or text at 801-995-9820. Please allow 48 hours for a response. -I understand that there are no refunds available once sessions are booked. I understand if I have unused sessions, I can transfer them to another party for a fee upon consent to the YuuB Energy Wellness Client Consent, Service Agreement, Disclaimer, Waiver, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
