These personalized 1-on-1 sessions provide an optimal environment to dive deeper and break free of physical and emotional turmoil that is weighing you down and keeping you stuck and naturally facilitate positive physical and emotional balance so that you can move forward with clarity, feel better, have more energy, and live a happier, healthier life.  

Since these remote sessions are conducted via proxy, meaning the practitioner stands in for you, you don't have to carve out a specific time for the session and are free to go on with your day.  The appointment time is used to only reserve your spot for the day scheduled so your session may not be at the booked time. Each session will be conducted on your session day and your session report will be emailed to you by midnight that day. The report includes details of the imbalances released, the positive intentions instilled, and personalized notes from the session.

BONUS:  Each session will close with a free Mini Reiki session, which promotes self-healing and recovery. This decreases your issues of processing and brings balance to your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
